In order to provide complete farm management, HTM Complete has created a task manager optimised for the daily requirements of farming operations. The task manager web app works on mobile and tablet devices allowing for efficient communication between management and staff members.
Staff will receive messages listing any tasks or duties that need to be completed throughout the day, including OH&S documentation and MSDS’ for specific tasks. Once onsite staff members can take photos of repairs/issues, write progress reports, create GPS markers at specific sites, etc. While the app needs an internet connection to send and receive messages, all reporting can be done offline and will automatically refresh/update once in a Wi-Fi hotspot area.
